• Identify and qualify leads, leveraging both existing networks and proactive outreach efforts.
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand client requirements and develop tailored
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our integrated systems.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable and align with company objectives.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to effectively position our solutions.
• Track sales activities, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management on progress towards targets.
• Coordinate with the respective officials and document the progress of the tender process.
• Handling a high volume of customer enquiries floated under GEM portal.
• Acting as contact points for all Government agency or organizational personnel.
• Keeping lists of the Government agencies or personnel representing the person, agency, or organization.
• Graduate/ B.Tech with minimum 3 years of experience
