1. Practical experience registering vendors on government portals such as eProcure, eTenders, Gem, and others.
2. Increasing the quality of IT-related bids on various tender websites, including Gem, CPPP, IREPS, Tender Wizard, etc.
3. Analyzing the tender documents and comprehending the precise scope of work considering the services we provide.
4. Submitting technical and commercial IT sales bids after checking their eligibility criteria.
5. Taking part in IT-related reverse auctions.
6. Talking about the work’s scope with the management, delivery manager, and sales team, and getting their approval in advance.
7. Keeping track of the applied tenders, and upcoming tenders for IT works.
8. Making Quotations for approaching the key IT areas.
9. Market exploration for potential future opportunities, challenges, and a plan of action.
10. Knowledge of how to draft Business Proposals, RFQs, Evaluation Sheets, Negotiations, Meetings, Understanding the Targets, shortlisting the tender, and any other terms & conditions.
11. Understanding of online and offline tendering and procurement procedures for various IT infrastructures, IT applications, AMCs, OEMs, etc.
