This policy covers payments made on Urgent Hiring (urgenthiring.in), a job portal run by Tech Guru IT Solutions, DD-35, LGF, Post Office Marg, Kalkaji Extension, New Delhi 110019.
Who pays on Urgent Hiring
Only employers pay, for job posting packages and CV access plans. Job seekers never pay to use Urgent Hiring. If anyone asks you for money to get a job through Urgent Hiring, it is a scam. Please report it from our Contact and support page.
Job posting packages
- Unused job packages are not refunded.
- Job posts left unused in a package are not refunded.
- If you remove or close a job before its end date, the job post it used is not refunded.
CV access plans
- CV access plans are not refundable.
- Candidate contacts left unused in a plan are not refunded.
Please check the package and plan details on our Pricing page before you buy, and call us if you are not sure which one suits your hiring.
Cancelling a purchase
Once a payment is complete, the purchase cannot be cancelled for a refund.
Payment problems
If a payment failed but money left your account, or you were charged twice for the same order, contact us with your order number and the payment reference. We will check it with our payment provider and reply to you.
